2. Order Cancellation Rights

The cancellation window closes 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or when a third party (appointed by you, other than the delivery provider) takes possession of the Goods.

3. Delivery Terms
Standard Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries will be made to the address specified at the time of order. We will aim to deliver the Goods on, or as close as possible to, the requested date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive and accept the delivery. If delivery is not possible due to customer-related issues, the Goods may be placed in storage, and any additional storage or handling fees will be charged to the customer.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not binding deadlines. Happy Solar Systems will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, along with proof of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution—replacement, refund, or credit.
Order Collection
If you choose to collect your order personally, please present valid identification (National ID or Passport).
For third-party collections, the recipient must present a signed letter of authorization from the buyer along with a copy of the buyer’s ID.
Installation Services
If installation is required, we will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time. Our certified technicians will ensure proper installation of all systems purchased from us.
Delivery Charges
Additional delivery fees may apply depending on your location. Any such charges will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
