For deliveries outside of Nairobi, In any case, if the item is above 5kgs, the item may not be eligible for the standard shipping rates and the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat or email.
Delivery Methods & Delivery Time
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order will ship within 1-2 business days. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we will ship your order via any of our preferred major carriers, including G4S & Wells Fargo Courier.
Deliveries will only take place Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and on Saturday 9am to 12pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays. We will notify you in case of any delay on delivery.
